Welcome
The small country town of Princes Risborough lies between the Vale of Aylesbury and the Western Escarpment of the Chiltern Hills, on the route of the pre-Roman Upper Icknield Way and is dominated by a chalk hill carving, the Whiteleaf Cross, that is once again clearly seen for many miles on the approaches to the town, following a restoration project in 2003.
This website is for the benefit of both residents and visitors alike, who seek to enjoy the advantages of being part of our community. I trust it will also be informative and interesting to prospective residents, visitors and tourists and enable them to take full advantage of what the town has to offer.
As a community we seek to be inclusive, open and friendly both to fellow residents and especially to those who come to visit.
Having lived in Princes Risborough for many years I know at first hand exactly what a wonderfully warm and friendly town Princes Risborough is, both in which to live and visit. I hope that you will enjoy seeking out our rich history and participating actively in our bright future.
