Apologies were received and accepted from Cllrs C Etholen, LA Benifer,
B Bendyshe-Brown and G Hall

MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING

The minutes of the previous meeting, having been circulated, but not read by the members, therefore the minutes were not approved by the meeting and signed by the Chairman.

DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Members were asked to declare any personal interest and the nature of that interest which they may have in any of the items under consideration at this meeting.

4. To prepare the estimated budget for 2008/2009

Estimates for the next financial year were agreed for submission to the Estimates Committee.

5. To discuss and agree on a contract for the Architect

This agenda item is to be carried forward to the next meeting

6. To discuss and agree to instruct the architect to change the amount entered for liquidated damages in the documentation.
