The Minutes of the previous meeting were approved, and signed by the Chairman.

Reserved matters, details of layout, scale, appearance & landscaping, pursuant to Application 97/07491/OUT

The Town Council support this application and strongly recommend that it should be approved. In the Wycombe Rural Areas Local Plan and the Wycombe District Local Plan the site was allocated as an isolated employment site within the open countryside. In both plans there was a site specific policy promoting the comprehensive redevelopment of the site. In meeting Princes Risborough’s future employment needs, the Princes Estate is identified as a key strategic employment site.

                                    The Clerk is requested to contact the Planning Department  at W.D.C. to inform them of the intention to sell the Well House as a private house and enquire whether change of use has been applied for and to bring to their attention the inappropriate signs now being displayed at the Black Prince. The Clerk is further requested to contact the conservation officer concerning the Signage at the Jaflong restaurant in a conservation area.

                                    Cllr R Orsler volunteered to represent the council and support the local residents in opposing the development at a meeting concerning the application by Michael Shanley Homes for new homes on Windmill Hill. All present agreed.
