MINUTES

The Minutes of the previous meeting of the Parks Committee, having been circulated and amended were approved by the Meeting and signed by the Chairman.

DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Members were asked to declare any personal interest and the nature of that interest which they may have in any of the items under consideration at this meeting.

TO PREPARE THE ESTIMATED BUDGET FOR THE PARK COMMITTEE FOR 2008/2009

Estimates for the next financial year were agreed for submission to the Estimates Committee.  

THE SURFACING UNDER THE SWINGS IN THE KGV PARK.

After a short discussion, it was agreed that it should be replaced by a wet pour surface. The Clerk is requested to issue a works order for the work.
